New Year's Eve beach buffet at Pullman
A buffet on the beach from 6pm to 10pm, with oysters from Ha Long Bay, half lobsters from the grill, Beef Wellington, seared foie gras and Peking duck in small steamed buns. There are live shows, a station for toasting marshmallows and a buffet corner for children. The countdown party in the Lotus Ballroom starts at 10pm. Book on 0236 395 8888.
