Christmas Eve buffet at Pullman
More than 100 dishes from 5:30pm to 9:30pm: oysters from Ha Long Bay, half lobsters from the grill, Beef Wellington and roast lamb, then a Christmas log cake, a gingerbread house and ice cream made with liquid nitrogen in front of you.
