Christmas Day set menu at Pullman
A five course Christmas set menu for lunch or dinner, from 12pm to 10pm, last order at 9:30pm. The dishes: a brioche with slipper lobster and crab, foie gras with roasted mango, seared scallops, Angus beef tenderloin with a Dak Lak coffee and truffle sauce, and a strawberry dessert with coconut mousse.
