Hội An is about 30 km from Da Nang. Bus 02 starts at the Central Bus Station on Cao Sơn Pháo street, An Khê ward. In the city centre it stops on Trần Phú street, opposite number 151, and opposite APEC Park, on 2 Tháng 9 street. Then it goes south on Lê Văn Hiến and Trần Đại Nghĩa streets to Hội An.
The bus runs from 5:15am to 6:30pm. The price depends on how far you ride: 8,000 VND up to 10 km, 20,000 VND up to 25 km and 30,000 VND for longer. Students pay 8,000 VND. Since 28 August 2026 the route uses electric buses.
From Da Nang airport, the Hải Vân bus goes to Hội An every day from 7:30am to 4pm, for 120,000 VND a ride. It stops at pillar 2 outside arrivals at Terminal 1 and at pillars 7 and 8 at Terminal 2. It runs along the beach road, Võ Nguyên Giáp and Trường Sa, and ends at the Cửa Đại car park in Hội An.
The tourist bus 01DL, from Hội An to Mỹ Sơn and Cổng Trời Đông Giang, does not run for six months from 15 September 2026.
