Cucina Luca is an Italian restaurant at 05 An Thuong 7. The pasta is made by hand, fresh every morning, in its own kitchen.
The chef is Luca Fecarotta, from Italy's Marche region, a part of the country known for its pasta. He grew up around the handmade pasta his grandmother made. He trained as an accountant first, then street photography took him around the world, and he came to Vietnam six years ago.
In 2020 he started DaNang Fresh Pasta, making pasta by hand for people in the city. Cucina Luca opened in An Thuong in early 2025.
"I cook the way my family cooks," he says, and he keeps the recipes the way he learned them. The menu changes with the season and with what the market has.
