Bring your sister or your best girlfriend. This one is for women only. Ecstatic SIMORENA vol.4 starts with a cacao ceremony. Then comes live music and a DJ set, and you dance the way your body wants, with no steps to learn and nobody to impress. It ends with sound healing by women musicians. It falls on the new moon, which the organisers call a time to plant a new seed. Element Studio, at 27 An Thuong 4, is a group class studio for strength by day and for yoga, breath and sound when it slows down.
