Tet, Vietnamese New Year, seven days off
The Government set the Tet holiday for civil servants and public employees from Thursday 4 February to Wednesday 10 February 2027, seven days. The first day of the lunar new year is Saturday 6 February. The city's culture department plans a New Year's Eve art show on Friday 5 February at the east bank park by the Dragon Bridge and at 24 March Square in Ban Thach.
