The track only runs in the evening, so every lap is at sunset or under the lights.

The place

Da Nang has a go kart track now. It is at 33 Duong So 8, in the Da Phuoc area, about ten minutes from the middle of the city.

The track opens at four in the afternoon and closes at ten at night, every day. So you drive it in the evening light or in the dark, with the mountains on one side and the street lamps coming on.

The karts line up under a start banner. There are single seats, and one kart with two steering wheels side by side.

It is not only the track. In the same place there is a hall of driving machines, a carousel that runs at night, and a diner with red booths. The building's signboard reads EAT, NOODLE, GO KART, MART and GAME ZONE.

Four Until Ten, Every Day

The track does not open in the morning. It runs from four in the afternoon until ten at night, seven days a week, so every lap is at sunset or under the lights.
