Announced in February 2026 as “a new premium dining show” for Da Nang. The idea comes from the old cabarets of Paris, and the show comes with a meal, never on its own.
About Moulin de Danang
“This is not just dinner. This is a performance.” Moulin de Danang wrote that before its doors opened.
Its soft opening was on 12 April 2026, after a rehearsal night the evening before. The restaurant says it is the first in Da Nang to bring European fine dining and a cabaret show together.
On 4 June 2026 a lunch show with live music began too.
The Idea
“Inspired by the legendary cabarets of Paris, we have created a space where every dinner is a performance.”
Their show is classic cabaret with a modern touch.

The Stage And The Tables
To watch the show, you sit in the VIP area and order a set menu. There are no tickets for the show on its own.
In the regular area you can eat without the show: combos, dishes one by one, or snacks.
The Room
The room takes its ideas from the theatres and cabarets of Europe, with strong light and colour and a layout on several levels.
It holds 150 to 160 guests.
On The Plate
Traditional Vietnamese cooking in a modern European style.
At dinner every guest orders a set menu. A vegetarian set menu started on 1 June 2026. At lunch you can order a lunch combo or dishes one by one.
For a food allergy or a pregnancy, the kitchen can change some ingredients or how a dish is cooked. It cannot change the whole menu.
Special Nights
Some nights get a show of their own. For Halloween, on 30 and 31 October 2026, it was The Masquerade Show.

A Date Or A Birthday
They make event packages for couples, families, friends and company groups.
A date, an anniversary, a birthday or a proposal: the package puts dinner, the show, decoration and service planned for you together.
The Shows And Booking
Two dinner shows: 5:30pm and 8pm. Closed every Wednesday.
There is also a lunch show. Their pages give two start times, 12pm and 12:30pm, so ask when you book.
Book at least two days ahead. A deposit of half the food bill is needed.
