It is the first swing bridge in Vietnam. It opened in 2000, is 487.7 m long, and joins Lê Duẩn street on the west bank to Phạm Văn Đồng street on the east.

What time does the Han River Bridge turn?
On Saturday and Sunday nights. The city tourism portal says the middle of the bridge turns at about 11pm and turns back at about midnight, so boats can pass.
