The gym
The fourth floor of mobifit360 is given over to recovering. Two saunas and one large cold plunge, with showers, changing stalls and loungers.
Recovery sessions are booked, and the slots are confirmed by the gym. Stretching can be booked with them, thirty minutes up to ninety, with the sauna or the plunge after. Which of their offers includes the fourth floor is worth asking about before you go.
The three floors below are for training and all of them are air conditioned. The gym is normally open twenty four hours a day, and their own rules say staff are on site around the clock. The boxing coach has seven years of fighting and four years of coaching behind him.
