The gym

mobifit360 is open twenty four hours a day, and the fourth floor of the building is given over to recovering. Two saunas and a cold plunge, and the water in the plunge is held at five to ten degrees.

You book that floor by the hour in their app. Stretching can be booked with it, thirty minutes up to ninety, with the sauna or the ice bath after.

Staff are on site around the clock, which is the part that matters at three in the morning. The boxing coach has seven years of fighting and four years of coaching behind him.

The three floors below are for training and all of them are air conditioned. It is at 4-6 Ho Xuan Huong in Ngu Hanh Son, and the business was registered with the Da Nang Department of Planning and Investment on 22 August 2023.
