Section 30

The Pub

Section 30 is on An Thuong 30, the same street as Onda Lounge, and the pub is named after the road it sits on. It is open air, with a long row of taps behind the bar pouring craft beer, plus bottles, cocktails and wine. The food is the food you want with that: pizza, burgers, tapas. What separates it from every other bar on this side of town is the stage. At weekends there is a band on it, guitars and drums against a painted wall, rather than a speaker playing somebody else's set. It runs from four in the afternoon to one in the morning every day, and happy hour is four until seven, which is the window when it is still light and there are still seats.
