The Studio
Pilates by Recharged is a boutique reformer Pilates studio in the An Thượng beach area of Da Nang. If you have ever felt that a reformer class would be too hard, or that everyone in the room would be fitter than you, this is the place that shows you the opposite. The groups are small, so the instructor can see you, correct your form, and cheer you on. The energy is warm and encouraging, and most people say they felt like a regular after only a few visits. There are two clear fifty-minute classes to choose from: Intro to Recharged Reformer, a gentle way in for beginners, and 100% Power Reformer, for when you are ready to work harder. Whatever level you are at, you are welcome exactly as you are. Classes run on a booked schedule, so message ahead to save your spot.
