Tê is a hidden cocktail bar in central Da Nang, three floors up above Cộng Cà Phê, with no sign on the door. Inside is a quiet, dark room built for good drinks and slow talk, not a loud night out. The bar works in the Japanese style, careful and calm, and the bartenders will build a drink around what you like. Their most famous drink is the Phở Cocktail, a gin drink made with the spices of Vietnamese phở, star anise, cinnamon, clove and cardamom.
