The Room
Tê is a hidden cocktail bar in central Da Nang, three floors up above Cộng Cà Phê, with no sign on the door. Inside is a quiet, dark room built for good drinks and slow talk, not a loud night out. The bar works in the Japanese style, careful and calm, and the bartenders will build a drink around what you like. Their most famous drink is the Phở Cocktail, a gin drink made with the spices of Vietnamese phở, star anise, cinnamon, clove and cardamom. It is the kind of place you have to know about to find, which is exactly why people love it.
