Ann Dentist is a cosmetic dental clinic on Nguyen Cong Tru in An Hai, on the Son Tra side of the river. They cover most of what a general practice does and a good deal of the cosmetic end: scaling, composite fillings, root canal, extraction, whitening, braces, removable dentures, implants, porcelain crowns and veneers. If you have been pricing dental work at home against having it done here, that list is the reason to call. The treatment room holds several chairs rather than one, each with its own screen, and there is a proper waiting room at the front with a sofa, which sounds like a small thing until you have waited in a corridor. They are open seven days a week, which is rarer here than it sounds. Nothing about a dentist is anyone's idea of a good afternoon. What you want is a clean room, someone who explains what they are about to do, and to be out again. Call ahead and they will tell you what to allow.
